You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition thatyou received it.• The item or items must be in the original packaging undamaged.• Your must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.●Item must not have any physical damage or any alterations.

Refunds

Once Sinful Sounds receive the item or product, we will inspect it said item and inform you of its arrival. Refund will be processed if the item is within regulation and we will inform you accordingly.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Refund time will vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning any and all items. Shipping costs are non--refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
